RAFCT supports adventurous training for Cadets and University Air Squadrons through the Inspire Adventure Award, and our partnership with the Ulysses Trust.
Adventurous training is a valuable tool for developing skills and character, both within military contexts and for personal growth, and promotes leadership resilience and teamwork.

University Air Squadrons
The RAFCT Inspire Adventure award is an annual competition between UASs to plan a challenging adventurous training activity. These plans are presented to a panel, and the winners are awarded funds to embark on their expedition.
Ulysses
The Ulysses Trust is dedicated to supporting the development of Cadets and Volunteer and Reserve Forces through challenge and adventure. RAFCT supports air-focused CADET and UAS expeditions.
